We once tried 5 felony cases back-to-back, and we can assure you that our mind was, if not mush, near mush--so we believe that even Mr. Jackson would appreciate the humor of this post.
That said, we know from personal experience that neither counsel in this case has the time to consider anything but the business at hand until the case is over.
But we did laugh out loud—which is our criteria for a winning caption.
