Did she really think no one would find that tape? If so, she is perpetuating the dumb-blonde mindset that makes life difficult for all us intelligent (and natural) blondes. She should have just faded away when she had the chance.

3. The point of the post is that opposing counsel allegedly extorted her (with the tape) into a favorable settlement.
4. We regard the crime of “extortion” to be reprehensible.
A great many men and women have said, done, and videotaped things that they never intended for public consumption. Foolish? Perhaps, but extortion is a felony offense, and for good reason. Regardless of what indiscretions we may have committed in our youth (or at any time) we are protected under penalty of criminal prosecution from anyone threatening to disclose those indiscretions for financial gain or to gain an financial advantage.
