GIBSON EX NOW TARGET OF EXTORTION INVESTIGATION, LA COUNTY SHERIFF SAYS

The Ukrainian woman who by “coincidence” only gets pregnant by rich celebrities, notwithstanding her sperm rich past

Although this story comes from TMZ.com, since the source is a named spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department speaking for attribution it is probably very reliable.

[UPDATE: The AP has now picked up this story since we posted.]

The bottom line is that Los Angeles law enforcement is now actively investigating Mel Gibson’s charges, made through his attorney Blair Berk (a partner with famed criminal lawyer Barry Tarlow in Tarlow & Berk) in a presentation yesterday, that his ex girlfriend committed the crime of extortion by threatening to go public with the now infamous rant tapes unless the actor paid her millions.

According to Mel’s camp, a deal was even agreed to in principle and written up whereby the ex was to receive $15,000,000—but she got greedy and refused to sign on the dotted line.

Says Sheriff Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore to TMZ: “Extortion allegations have been brought to our attention and we are certainly going to be looking at that."

Those of you that think that a criminal or civil (brought by Mel for every "hryvnia" the scam artist has stuffed into the mattress) extortion charge (known colloquially as “blackmail”) is far fetched should read our prior coverage of the attorney and client who tried to shakedown Michael Flatley with a rape allegation. A subsequent civil suit for extortion resulted in an $11 million dollar judgment in the Lord of the Dance star’s favor.

Extortion is committed whenever a person asks for money or other financial benefits under an express or implied threat of going public with reputation damaging information—even if the information is true.

And then there is the thee years in a woman’s prison (sorry Comrade, no Crystal there) the fecund scamstress is facing for secretly recording Gibson in violation of Penal Code Section 632. As in 3 years in the joint for EACH illegal recording.

Bye, bye baby, bye bye.

UPDATE: The MSM now has this story: Sheriff investigating Gibson's ex for extortion (AP)

Greed, my old friend, is far too kind a characterization.

I bet she wishes she would have taken the $15,000,000 deal.

But that is this woman's history--greed.

She would not sign the Dalton prenup and decided instead to find another sucker (Mel) while she was collecting Dalton's child support checks.

This is not going to have a storybook ending for the Russian--unless she is into gulags.

Secret Mel Gibson text message may prove extortion
The sealed court transcript and [the ex’s] text: "You broke your agreement with me"

Also, the judge slams her attorney for misleading the court in connection with the application for a TRO.

"[Her lawyer] did something truly remarkable," notes a source close to the case. "He did not disclose to the court that there was a settlement agreement between the ex and Mel."

"Manley Freid's strategy accomplished nothing," says a source close to the case. "It's all out there now. They pressed the nuclear button and Gibson is still basically standing. There's zero upside for the ex in terms of money, custody and visitation."

In other words, her whole strategy may have backfired.

This last poster brings a point to mind: If the ex really thought Mel was a danger to the child, why did she enter into a joint custody agreement AFTER the alleged abuse (which, by the way she never reported either)?

In addition, just what is her aged attorney Manley Freid's strategy here?

Leave Mel with zero options except to litigate, earning Freid a bundle in fees (until her drops her when she burns through her savings) but ultimately nothing but child support IF she gets custody and IF she does not get prosecuted for illegal taping OR extortion?

If Freid talked his client into walking away from $15 million + joint custody + child support in favor of going nuclear he ought to be taken out and, if not taken to the glue factory, put out to pasture.

How old is Freid now? According to the State Bar, he graduated law school in 1952 (58 years ago) at a minimum age of 25—so the guy is AT LEAST 80 years old.

The witch is trying to use a photo of a pimple or cold sore on the baby's chin to plead that Mel beat the child.

Not only does this NOT resemble child abuse of any kind, she entered into a settlement agreement for joint custody with Mel AFTER the alleged abuse occured!

The Russian must think we are all as dumb as she appears to be.

How does that old saying go? When they say it’s not about sex, IT IS about sex; well, when a black-hearted Russian and her mouthpiece say it’s not about extortion, IT IS about extortion.

Ladies, let’s say you’re significant other hits you while you’re holding HIS child in your arms—are you going to nonchalantly say to your significant other, “You hit a woman holding a child.” No! Extortionists don’t believe in using pronouns me, my, you, yours, ours, he, she, and I. Non-extortionist mamas—women in general—will say something akin to: “You son of a bitch, you hit ME while I was holding YOUR child.”

Have you seen the photos of the baby with the “bruise” on her face? Please—it’s baby acne! Nevertheless, right after Mad Mel punches the black-hearted Russian in the face, allegedly breaking her front teeth, and right after he allegedly hits HIS child in the face, the black-hearted Russian does what every good extortionist does—she immediately scampers to the dentist for HER dental “emergency”. Does the gold digger immediately take HER child to a pediatrician for a medical evaluation? NO. Apparently, the black-hearted extortionist thinks her face is more important than her child’s alleged abuse. A non-extortionist mama immediately takes her child to the hospital/pediatrician for a complete medical evaluation? Every woman I know seeks immediate medical attention for her child; mama can go to the doctor in a few days—but baby is ALWAYS TREATED FIRST!

Obviously, the black-hearted Russian didn’t seek medical attention for her baby. I’m going to go out on a limb and predict every mandatory reporting CA medical provider immediately reports suspected child abuse—especially suspected physical abuse of an eight-week-old baby. And let’s be honest: if the black-hearted Russian took her baby to the pediatrician, the pediatrician reported the suspected abuse—and if the suspected abuse was reported, well, we’d know; afterall, CPS would share that juicy tidbit with TMZ. Of course she didn’t seek medical attention for her baby—if there are medical records that indicate the baby was NOT injured, it’s harder to pull off a successful extortion. Apparently, and eventhough California requires ALL medical professionals to report suspected domestic abuse, the dentist to the black-hearted Russian decided NOT to report Mad Mel’s alleged domestic abuse. As I see it, the dentist should be stripped of his license to practice medicine. Is there any type of provision in CA law that allows medical professionals to opt out of the mandatory reporting laws? God, in Wisconsin, as a mandatory reporter, I’d have my licensed stripped for not reporting suspected domestic abuse or child abuse.

You know, I hate to even comment on this story because it is so dirty and nasty and evil, I'm afraid it might rub off. You are absolutely right, Kelly Green, about mandatory reporting, and I'm going to make the assumption that CA has the same rules as Wisconsin about reporting abuse. The answer? There was no abuse, except by the evil one to that poor child. Mel has made the assertion that the wicked-one was shaking the baby when he intervened, and I'm quite sure he might have hit her to get her to stop harming that baby. I'd have done more than hit her for that. So the question that begs to be answered is, how long before this shit-head is deported, and will she be forced to leave the baby behind with the father?

Mel Gibson threw a TV at his ex wife and hit his son says Oksana Grigorieva

Mel Gibson's soon to be ex wife Robyn claims that her husband never abused her or their family. But now the woman who claims Mel hit her and broke her teeth, Oksana Grigorieva is telling another story.

According to RadarOnline Oksana Grigorieva claims that Mel Gibson confided in her about his domestic abuse towards wife Robyn and their children.

Grigorieva claims that Mel threw a television set at Robyn and hit their son. Oksana told authorities that she witnessed Gibson hit his youngest son Tommy. She also revealed that Mel admitted to abusing his soon to be ex wife Robyn.

Are you fricking kidding me?

The Russian should just quit while she is ahead.

We are expected to believe that Robyn Gibson felt close enought to the woman who broke up her marriage to even discuss things like this with her?

And we are expected to believe that Robyn Gibson committed perjury in her declaration?
